What IS YOUR DEFINITION OF SUCCESS?

Success in my book is being able to look back after a series  of events and recognize all the struggles and challenges that were overcome to get to where you are. Knowing your journey is not over but still recognizing the people and events that have shaped you into who you are today is a great success in itself. 

 

WHAT QUALITIES DO YOU FEEL ARE MOST INMPORTANT INA LEADSHIP ROLE?

Integrity and Resilience. A leader must have both of these in order for a team to trust them. The team must trust the leader who always has their best interest in mind and will make decisions that reflect that even in the face of hardship. when hardship shows up, it undoubtedly will, a leader has to be resilient enough to adjust his or her plans, make the best decisions for the team and push through it.
